I didn't use this company for their services. I was giving the wrong shipping label for a return (cell company) and it ended up getting shipped to Crestwood Metal. I panicked because I was going to be charged for a return item despite the company sending the incorrect label from the start. I called this Crestwood Metal and spoke to Nat and Julianna. I was told upfront that they receive a lot of volume and the chances of finding said item was low but they'd still go looking and Oh my gosh! I got a call from Julianna informing me that the item was found and were going to ship it back. Although I didn't use their services they still displayed AMAZING customer service. They didn't have to go above in beyond for me but they did. Thank you Nat and Julianna! Give these employees a raise!

We should have been more prepared before going so we ended up losing track of time prepping materials for max gains. The woman was short with us but understandably due to us holding up closing time. She was very professional otherwise and helpful during the day. The man there was quite with a smile so authentic you'd think he was Santa or had a secret, and a good one too. Very nice lot and shop. Lots of space to park and plenty of carts and such for your materials. It's the 3rd scrapyard I have been to and by far the best, cleanest and most professional.

So far,so good<br>The prices are good and the yard well maintained. The lady working there is a sweetheart- has been very fair to me and is very personable and patient. Not an easy job when the place is busy. More competitive across the board
