I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. They towed my car, and when I went to the lot, I paid $240, expecting a professional service. Instead, they opened my car without permission, took money from inside, and caused damage to my Porsche.<br><br>When I called to report this politely and calmly, the person who answered was extremely rude, used a lot of bad words, and even hung up on me. I was shocked that someone could speak to a customer like that—there is no excuse for such behavior.<br><br>This company shows zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers or their property. Their actions were dishonest, dangerous, and completely unacceptable. They should be taken to court for what they did. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

I don't know what the hate is about, They are Fairly Priced , This is My 4th Time using Al's Towing, They even Answered the call at 3:00AM in the early morning & Tow Truck Arrived in 30 Minutes, while others were Over charging

Had a great experience overall with Al Towing .Dave was an expert got my car to the destination with no damage. Came and towed my car within 20 minutes. Pleasant experience will use again. Cost might might be higher than normal, but the fact that they take care of your car is more important.
