I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Creative Automotive Solutions was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. The owner was not only rude but openly insulting during my visit. Instead of offering solutions or treating me with respect, he seemed more interested in belittling my concerns.<br><br>What troubles me most is questioning the motives behind this behavior. Was the hostility meant to push me into unnecessary services? Was it simply a lack of professionalism? Either way, it left me doubting whether this business truly values its customers or just sees them as easy targets.<br><br>Automotive work requires trust, and after this encounter, I have none in this shop. If you’re looking for a place that respects your time, money, and dignity, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.<br><br>Update: No this is the right place. I know where I went in Nashua. Your response shows exactly how you question your customers.

I find them to be very honest about what service your vehicle needs. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. The new car transmissions have a manufacture schedule of when the fluid needs to be replaced and the right type of fluid to maintain the warranty. If you don’t change the fluid and you have an issue you will be responsible for any cost no matter what warranty you have and it will be costly.

Would 1000% bring my car back and recommend to everyone. I brought my car here for a second opinion because I thought I was being overcharged and ripped off at another place, I got it towed there and had it looked at and diagnosed the same day! Micheal and the other technicians that I never got the names of were so incredibly nice and friendly. I picked my car up the next day and the technician explained everything to me about what happened to my car. They even threw in a discount! If you need a reliable place for your car, this is the place!
