I want to share my personal experience with M&M Auto Reconditioning so others have a clear picture of what I went through. I did not receive any notification—no call, letter, or message—letting me know my vehicle had been towed. Because of this, my wife and I spent several days trying to locate the car, and it wasn’t until about four days later that we discovered it was at this company’s lot.<br>When we went to pick it up, the total charges came to nearly $800, and I struggled to understand some of the fees. I was billed a $250 hookup fee, even though I was told a different tow company actually handles the hookups. I was also charged a $150 letter fee, but I personally never received any notice. I can only speak to my experience, but there was no indication that anything had been sent to me.<br>We also noticed new damage to the vehicle when it was returned to us. When we asked about it, we were told it must have come from another towing company. I can’t say exactly when the damage happened, but the explanation didn’t resolve my concerns.<br>On top of everything, the customer service felt dismissive. When I brought up leaving a review, I was told that they don’t care about reviews and that “it doesn’t go any further than a review,” which made the situation even more frustrating.<br>This review reflects my own experience. I hope it helps others make informed decisions and encourages clearer communication and accountability moving forward.

Nina was the best ever! After my accident, I was already super upset about everything, and then I got to the Tow yard and expected the usual tow yard staff that’s usually not very sympathetic. But to my surprise, the girl at the window had a big smile on her face and a sympathetic tone in her voice and helped me through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. I really appreciate her help. Give that girl a raise!

The tow yard at M&M will charge you 0 money to have it tow to their yard. They'll charge you $300 to pull it out. Just the very next day and they don't even have the decency to tow it out of their own yard. If your car is wrecked, if you have aaa coming, they make aaa take it out of their yard.Because they don't want to take it out of their yard for you.
