Brian is awesome. He was so careful, knowledgeable & helpful. We were so impressed. He first tried to figure out what might be wrong with our car, just in case he could save us a towing fee. What towing person would do that? Someone with a big heart is all I can say. We highly recommend this towing company. I catalogued his phone number in our cell phone just in case we would need a towing company again. Excellent service!

An amazing company with amazing people!! I needed my car towed to the dealership for service because both of my rear tires were flat. I called around to a few different local places and left messages and got no answers. Called Kinney’s and they answered IMMEDIATELY!!! Art was my driver and he was the sweetest person. He gave me some helpful car advice and just had great conversation on the way to the dealership. I know who I’m calling if I ever need another tow!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Kinney’s Towing and Tim!! I hit a deer on a Saturday evening on 30W in the Massillon area, about 2 hours from where I live in Columbus. I activated my roadside assistance through my insurance which was a headache to say the least. The first company they dispatched did not pick up my car, after 2 hours of waiting they said “they couldn’t find the car” and cancelled the request.<br>After jumping through several phone calls and frustrations with my insurance, Kinneys Towing was dispatched. I called right away to explain where my car was, and that I’m unfamiliar with the area but I did have a pin dropped. The dispatcher was so kind and understanding in helping to locate the correct area. As soon as I hung up, Tim the tow driver called me. He also listened as I tried to best explain where was my car was in an unfamiliar area. He called me once we located my car, once it was loaded and again when he had secured the car in their lot for the night, sending a picture along as well!<br>After the scare of getting in an accident, being away from home and the headache of AI bots through my insurance, a thank you to Tim and Kinneys isn’t big enough! Their kindness and update truly gave me piece of mind! I hope I never need a tow in the Akron/canton area again, but if I do, I will call Kinneys directly! I am so appreciative for their service!!
