Absolutely unprofessional experience with HD Recovery Towing.<br><br>Our vehicle was taken on 2-15-25 at approximately 11:45 PM with no notice, no communication, and no clear authorization. We were left scrambling to figure out where the car was and had to involve the police just to identify which company had it. That level of confusion and lack of transparency is unacceptable.<br><br>The vehicle was not returned until around 7:15 PM the following day, meaning it was gone for nearly 20 hours. When it was finally brought back, the situation only became more concerning. The two representatives appeared more focused on whether they were being recorded than on ensuring the vehicle was properly and safely released from the tow truck.<br><br>The car was not positioned carefully, and without my direct assistance guiding the process, there could have been serious damage to the transmission. Professional towing requires attention to detail and care for customers’ property, and that standard was not met.<br><br>This experience caused unnecessary stress, anxiety, and disruption due to a complete lack of communication and professionalism. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

DO NOT USE. The nastiest customer service I have ever experienced. This company does NOT care about their customers!!! I called for an update on my towing request as I received a text stating 57-87 minutes. I had already been waiting in my car for an hour so my toes were starting to freeze. When they answered I said, “Hi my name is Grace, I just filed a claim through State Farm for my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe & received a text stating 57-87mins & my hands and feet are already starting to freeze so I was calling to see if that time was accurate or if I needed to call someone to pick me up” but before I could finish was very RUDELY interrupted by a woman who VERY starkly demanded, “what vehicle” and I repeated my vehicle name but she was interrupting me AGAIN while I was providing it, then I tried finishing my sentence again & before I could finish my sentence again she cut me off again and nearly yelled “WHAT VEHICLE?” I responded and said what it was again and pointed out I started the call with that information, and that I was only trying to explain the situation. (That my hands and feet were getting frost bite) And she cut me off AGAIN and said, “well not you’re not getting a tow” and hung up. All I did was match her tone, and I was even more respectful in my responses than she was. Yet she chose to further delay a towing service knowingly to someone who was experiencing frost bite. God sees all, and I hope she prays for forgiveness. I would never recommend anyone call this service let alone use them. Absolutely disgusting and careless behavior. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

Mike the Tow Truck Driver employee was great! He was very kind, professional, very knowledgeable and took extraordinary care with my car due to the issues it was presenting that made it somewhat difficult to upload my vehicle onto the tow truck without damaging it. Mike calmed my worries and got the job done!
