Excellent customer service. Great communication about the issue my car was having. Diagnosed properly and promptly made the repair.<br>Water pump bearing was failing. Replaced water pump, thermostat, and tensioner. Recommended a belt replacement while the job was being done that will save me the expense of another future visit. Car was clean when the job was completed. I will definitely use Rocket Auto service again.

My FJ cruiser is my daily driver, it’s my work truck, it hauls kids, materials for projects, and I camp out of it. So it’s usually full of stuff and always dirty. Dropped my truck off to have some general maintenance and trouble shooting done as well as an estimate for some transmission work and also a detail.<br><br>I was given a thorough breakdown and estimate for the work I asked for. It was a competitive and reasonable price and will have the work done when I can be without the vehicle.<br><br>The detail performed was beyond my expectations. Interior was clean as the day I purchased the truck. No nook or cranny was over looked. Exterior also looked fresh. Rust stains from my hi lift and tools were gone, paint was smooth, down to the tire black. Excellent job inside and out.
