⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>I cannot recommend Knob Hill Towing enough, specifically because of an incredible employee named Hot Rod.<br><br>We were dealing with a highly stressful situation involving a squatter's vehicle at one of our properties. When Hot Rod arrived to impound the truck, two aggressive men showed up and tried to forcibly stop the tow. I was completely unsure of what to do, but Hot Rod was an absolute professional. He stood right by my side, calmly stood his ground, and expertly de-escalated the entire situation without ever losing his cool.<br><br>Without his help and steady presence, our property would have continued to be taken advantage of. Hot Rod is an absolute Godsend and a top-tier, quality employee. Thank you, Hot Rod and Knob Hill Towing, for having our back when we needed it most!
