Very unprofessional, would not recommend. For one, did not show up on time; to the time they originally said, therefore delayed everything else. The lady that took my call and information for the towing was specifically told 2 motorcycles were needed to be towed. She even asked what color they were & I let her know a blue and a green one. She asked if they’d both be picked up and dropped off at the same location and I said yes. I let her know that one of the tires was popped to one of the bikes. She let me know that the driver would be in contact, which he was and was also told about the 2 motorcycles. He even asked what model they were & I told him a Honda and a Kawasaki. When he called again about delaying the pickup time I proceeded to let him know that both bikes had both tires popped, just to give him a heads up, he said that’s ok. Once he got to the property he decided to act surprised that there were 2 motorcycles, he called the lady that took my call originally and she also acted surprised and they both threw a fit about how neither new it would be 2 bikes. The lady on the phone was aggressively trying to argue that she didn’t know. The driver of the truck commented on how he hated towing motorcycles. She gave me a different price if I wanted them to do both motorcycles to which I agreed because I was on a time crunch thanks to their delay. As the driver walked away I was able to catch her on the phone say she’d purposely charge me more ( I’m sure she didn’t know she was on speaker ). In conclusion, I ended up paying double the amount that was originally intended, & deal with rude customer service behavior. So please, don’t waste your time with a company that doesn’t uphold professionalism.

Very cheap place.... Pretty sure they are the cheapest in OKC. Excellent SERVICE!!! Howard showed up on time did a fabulous job. While he was working hard he had my family laughing very funny guy. Thanks Howard for making this an easy process. When I need another towing it will be young's towing.

Excellent service. I can't say enough about the professionalism about Young's Towing. The gentleman was very nice and came out quickly to remove my car off the side of the road. Next time i need a towing service i will definately be calling Young's Towing. Also, the receptionist was very nice to.
