They’re money grabbers. First they were very sweet and professional then told me I wait to wait because of a police pick up ( they never told me this when this happened, I had to call and find out)<br>They cancelled my pick up (though I never agreed to it) had me waiting 4-5 hours for a pick up I was there 10 mins before them GAVE THE MAN MY KEY they called my husband (even though he gave them my number and I spoke to them several times) and claimed there was wait time when I LITERALLY JUST SAID IN THIS TEXT THAT I WAS THERE 10 minutes before them, and left my key in the car and then tried to charge an extra $50 for me being there minutes before them … how can you charge $50 for what wait time ?????? Yall cancelled smh… I don’t know don’t care. The service was extremely unprofessional, the drivers pulled up eating a pizza and everything never again. I should have trusted the ratings .
