I had a terrible experience with this shop. I needed diagnostics done on my Bentley to make sure there was no serious damage. Manager spoke good about caring for an expensive car. They performed a walk around and I signed off on the findings. When I went to pick my vehicle up, I was in a hurry so, I didn’t do a walk around. Looked at my car the next day, it had a 4 inch scratch, a 1-1/2 scratch, damage to one of my wheels and oil on the roof and trunk of my car. The way he spoke, you would think they are caring for your vehicle with the utmost professionalism but that’s not the case. I asked for the walk around report and the manager carried out very hoodlike. After thinking about, I realized, they never tried to do the walk around before returning my vehicle to me. Between getting very aggressive on the phone and not doing the walk around before returning my vehicle, I’m 100% positive they knew the damage took place at their shop. It wouldn’t be wise to take your vehicle to Euro Imports of Memphis, TN.<br><br>**UPDATE **<br><br>I travel on my job. Upon returning from work, after about 3 months, I found my car was leaning on the driver side. Look around my car and the driver’s side rear was sitting down on the wheel. This was the reason I initially took my car to this shop, to make sure the previous shop lifting my car without it being in the right mode, didn’t damage anything. Took my Bentley to a real shop this time. They found the issue and told me when it had taken place. This date coincided with the day I had my tires replaced. This was around a $4600 repair. So, evidently, Euro Imports don’t know anything about diagnosing issues on a Bentley. A proper diagnosis, the tire shop would’ve paid for the damage but since I went to Euro ***, I ended up paying for someone else’s damage to my vehicle. On top of that, they scratched my vehicle and cost me even more money. **Warning** Stay far, far away.

My car was taken there through where we purchased our car from we just got the car back after 3 Weeks . My car came back with oil all over on the driver side door . That’s not how you do business our car will now have to be detailed because of the oil all over the door which has suede on the door oil all on the mat on the floor why would you send a customer car back like that . This is just sad bad customer service and don’t value other people property at all that’s not how you do a customer never again will . I would never do business there ever … Then they been driving my car because the AirTag in my car showed me the different locations. it’s nicks on my car where rocks been hitting the front of the car which wasn’t there when he received the car … I have before pictures when I first got the car and now my car has chipped paint where rocks been hitting it … they

Needed a PPI and service on a supercharged Jag with a check engine light that came on during a road trip. Very few shops can properly work on these. Found them online but saw the reviews were both good and bad. Local dealer would be two weeks just for a diagnostic (what?!) so came in when Livingston said they would stay late to run a full diagnostic. They found a long list of codes and maintenance needs including all rotors and pads, air mass sensors, all the 50k service items. Livingston pulled some strings and got parts overnighted, and they got all the work done in two days! He’s made additional recommendations and ordered additional parts that I’ll need. I can’t say enough good things about Livingston as a mechanic, shop owner, and as a person. Regarding the reviews others have left, I don’t know those situations, but I will say that if you are coming to his shop then you probably have an uncommon vehicle like mine that has special needs and rare parts, and you have to dial in your expectations correctly, otherwise you should buy a Ford Taurus and take it to Pep Boys. And if ever you find yourself in a situation like mine, there are much worse places to spend a couple of days while service is being done than Memphis - it was a great time and lovely people.
