I take my battery for them to charge it make sure it's good. I went back 2 hours later they told me my battery is good full charge. I come home test battery 0 charge They never test my battery.

This store makes me lose hope for the future. Some of the laziest, most incompetent, worst customer service oriented staff I have ever met in my entire life. Doesn't help that their online inventory shows they have things in stock when they never do.

Ran over a strip of tire which made the shroud on the front end of my vehicle hang down and drag the road. Stopped in to see if I could grab some tape and see if I could put it up on blocks to fix myself until we got home. Employee offered some actual clips and tossed them on himself. Friendly and more than helpful!
