If your car gets towed I highly recommend going to get your car asap…before noon. My car was towed from my former complex and I called to get the rate and advised I was waiting until a family member got off so I didn’t have to pay for an expensive Uber. I called again later spoke to someone else to confirm the time advised I was awaiting a ride. When I arrived and went to pay the rate was double because I picked my car up after noon. My car has never been towed so I wasn’t aware of this,although I have heard of overnight rates. But they only had it a few hours. Had I known that I would have just paid for the Uber. I know they don’t care because they are in the business of making money but to not know until I about to pay is crazy. I even asked him why he didn’t tell me when I called earlier and he just stared at me. Again I know they don’t care but others should be aware or atleast valid website as the one I found didn’t work then or now or rates and policies posted at the business.

Terrible experience. They don’t have the correct address on Google so I had to call multiple times to get a right address. They also said they were 24 seven but when contacted they said they weren’t open and then when I expressed To them the severity of my situation they said someone down an hour after me waiting in the cold once they got there They struggle to get my car out of their lot so I had to repeatedly press hard on my engine just to get my car out the lot overall zero out of 10 experience. I hope my car never gets towed with them again.
