Extremely poor driver conduct. Larry the driver made derogatory comments about me and my vehicle. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle he screamed at me in the lobby when I asked to speak to the manager. The customer service is mid, the teller showed concern for my complaint but kept answering the phone during our transaction and completed full conversations while I waited. The vehicle showed extra damage from towing and with no manager available I have to wait for a call. The cost is extremely predatory. Find a different tow company if you’re looking at this before the hook to your car. When releasing my vehicle from towing they placed it directly under a no parking sign (seems like a deliberate attempt to have another tow opportunity) and while waiting I witnessed yet another inexperienced driver flat towing a 4x4 vehicle! This company is a joke.<br>The owners response of “fake review” just shows how childish and poorly ran this company is. Photo evidence speaks volumes, I have their entire mishandling of my vehicle captured on dash cam. To the owner- This will all be compiled in my lawsuit. Fake but that’s not your tow truck or anythinggg… I’d love to actually hear from you instead of hiding behind your reviews. We can absolutely settle this out of court if you’re honorable enough.

Yes they are the truth chief towing came and towed my car and fixed my tire in a timely manner.the guy that came and picked up my car was there quickly and he was nice and polite. The prices are affordable the guys are straight forward and they do not over charge you. I called a few tow companys and they wanted to charge me 2 times more than what chief towing charged. At Chief towing they are Honest straight forward and affordable. Do not go to those over charging tow companies call Chief Towing. I would recommend this towing company to everyone.
