He truly loves what he does and made sure that I had an amazing first time car buying experience. I had an unexpected situation where an animal got into my engine bay, and the team at Greenway Kia West handled everything amazingly from start to finish. The communication was great, and they kept me informed the entire time so I always knew what was going on. A huge thank you to Brian, my service advisor, for being so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Mark, the service manager, was also kind, professional, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. As a customer, I truly felt appreciated and valued for the honesty and care they showed me throughout the whole process. There was a strong smell inside the vehicle after the incident, and they had their detail team clean the car thoroughly. When I got it back, it looked and smelled brand new. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Most service departments throughout Orlando aren’t as honest, attentive, and professional as the team here. I can honestly say I’ve found a home for my car to be serviced at Greenway Kia West. Brian and Mark provided outstanding service, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their customers and delivers top-quality service every time.
