We pulled in to sell the scrap we had and the process was quick and easy. The workers knew what they were doing and everyone seemed busy with their work. Upon leaving I encountered a situation with getting my check cashed. When I returned to the scrap yard and explained, Carmen listened and once she understood what my situation was she was very professional in resolving my issue. She was so kind and also very informative. Good people over there at the Saint Louis Metal Place, that’s where I will be going from now on!

It's a scrapyard. I don't expect it to be clean, but I've seen tidy scrapyards before. This wasn't. The yard staff was not terribly helpful in just finding out the next steps. Carmen at the cashiers window was nice and informative, though!
