After my roadside assistance tow truck never showed up (waited hours and no one answers the phone), we called Platinum Towing and they came quickly and he was so amazing, understanding, and compassionate. All on a busy street. I cannot be more pleased with Platinum Towing! I can't say thank you enough to them for the complete understanding and coming to my aid after I had already been stranded for hours.

We just moved $230 million dollars worth of cars in and out of the St. Louis art museum, and Platinum handled the movement from the semi‘s to the door of the building. While I have never had my personal vehicle towed by Platinum Towing, I was stuck on a side street this morning waiting for an accident involving a school bus that was hit by another vehicle to be cleared. While I was stuck, I watched the tow truck driver from Platinum work miracles to get this bus maneuvered on the ice-coated road at Dewey & Itaska. The bus sustained no additional damage, and the road signs & fire hydrant were still in place when the bus was finally cleared. It was truly impressive to see.
