I had a very trying morning Friday, January 16,2026. As poje with Jessica with Majeed Towing Service. Very helpful and professional. Thank you again for being so kind. Had the pleasure of being rescued from the side of Manchester in Ballwin MO. Waited 2 hours Joe Tow driver arrived helpful, professional was considerate and patient. The gentleman assisted me to get in the truck. I was truly grateful for this is young man. People are people. There is no price for kindness. Joe thank you take care. Called because I hit a massive pot hole on forest park ave. Donna answered the phone and was nothing but amazing. She was up front with the costs and ensured my electric vehicle would be properly transported. It took about an hour for Alex to arrive, which is amazing for how high the city demand is! Alex knows how his trucks. He deals with much larger and complicated tows/accidents so he was very confident and knowledgeable. Chill guy. Best experience I’ve had with a tow truck company! Definitely not your usual salty old man that’s mad you’re making him work. Thank yall so much.
