Great customer service! We came home early on Thanksgiving because of the snowstorm. We haven’t been out since then and today is Monday and I went to get in the car and it wouldn’t start. Waaaahhhh. Our battery is only a couple years old and is still good, but I guess it just couldn’t handle the cold for days and days. A-Always Towing arrived to our home within an hour of the service call. They gave me a heads up when they were leaving their other job to let me know they were close by. He was able to start the car right away with his portable jump starter, and his Company truck was there too. He gave me a card and I promptly tucked it in the glove compartment so we can use their services and recommend them. Thanks again guys! I was afraid with the weather it was gonna take forever and it didn’t. A+ for A-Always towing!<br><br>PS. I don’t have a photo of the service call so here is a cute snow kitten from the Internets.

Had the pleasure to work with Josh this evening and although this is an unfortunate situation, he made everything very easy.<br>Friendly and respectful from the start, I had experiences in the past with other tow companies and A Always far exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely recommend them moving forward.

Side wall of a tire blew out and minivans don't have spares so I needed a tow. Charles arrived right when he told me he would and got my car safely delivered to my tire place. He even offered to wait with me until my ride showed up. Would use again.
