When my nephew got stranded on I-70 at midnight in the city, dispatch was polite and immediately concerned about his safety and getting to him as quickly as possible - they wouldn’t even take payment info until they dropped the car off. It’s rare to find people who seem to enjoy what they do, all while keeping their customer’s safety top priority. Drivers were fast & friendly. Price was fair, average for mileage and area.
