I find it absolutely ridiculous that your website says you close at 3:30 and you shut your gates at 3:15! Then I’m told that anybody with copper or aluminum needs to be there before 3 o’clock. Again, nowhere on your website does it say this! I was also told that the employees have to be out of the yard by 3:30. Then why would your hours say that you close at 3:30? This is false advertising and absolutely ridiculous! You obviously can put whatever you want on your website, so why would you not let your customers know what the reality is! Unbelievable and extremely poor customer service!

Looked up their website and saw they closed at 11:30. we rolled in at 11:16 with a small load (couple chairs, fire pit, small grill, and some other small miscellaneous items) one man threw his hands up in annoyance that we would be there and the other man came over and said “we’re closed” in which we replied, “your website said you’re open until 11:30” he said “nah man we close the gates at 11:15” we were one minute late & there was no signage or notice to closing 15 mins before. No worries, we will happily go elsewhere:)<br>It would be helpful to update your website to say “gates close 15 minutes before closing” to clear up any confusion and save people from coming to get attitude and turned away.
