They did nothing but perform block test and pressure test on my girls car (138$) then proceeds to say it will be 900 for a damn thermostat change. Plenty of other places you can go that won’t try to rip you off! Avoid at all cost.

Based on the good reviews, I decided to bring my wife’s older Lexus to this shop for some simple work (oil change and replacement of the rear brakes). It’s not the closest shop to my house, but I’m willing to take a 20 minute detour for an honest mechanic who does good work. We dropped the car off and I drove my wife back home. A few hours later, I got a call from a young lady who informed me that the car was done and ready for pickup. We drove back again, and when we arrived we were told that only the oil change was done, but that we’d need to bring it back the next day for the brake work because they were waiting on parts. I was irritated by this news, since the car clearly wasn’t “done,” but we decided to leave it and pick up the following day once the brakes were actually done. After getting a call and confirming that the work was truly done this time, we drove out and picked it up. The bill was nearly $350 for nothing but an oil change and a new set of rear pads (no rotors). A few weeks later I started seeing drips of oil on our driveway and stuck my head under the car. I noticed the oil drain bolt was seeping oil, and also that one of the undertray plastic panels was not properly secured, causing it to drag on the ground and get destroyed (see photos). I took the car to a different mechanic for a more thorough inspection and they found that 1) the drain plug washer apparently hadn’t been replaced during the oil change, causing the oil leak, and 2) the cotter pin on one of the suspension castle nuts was barely hanging on. The second issue is a MAJOR safety concern and could have caused a crash if the pin fell out and the nut backed off at highway speeds. Do not bring your vehicle here under any circumstances.
