I am genuinely shocked—in the best possible way—by the level of courtesy shown by the store manager, JT, and his associate, Brent. After we explained our vehicle’s symptoms, they immediately and competently identified a significant hole in one of the tubing lines on our high-mileage vehicle—without any prompting from us. This was especially impressive given that we had taken the vehicle to a few mechanics previously and were given the runaround. JT and Brent were a complete breath of fresh air for my wife and I. Their knowledge, experience, and straightforward approach were evident from the start, and their customer service was exceptional. This place was awesome. They definitely helped us out. Very very helpful. I don't know them guys but I love them all. Had a problem with my truck and thought I was gonna be stuck in Arizona. But they made it happen. Definitely good people there. Appreciate it a lot.

I called before the store opened. A young lady answered the phone. Treated me like the store was open already. I told her what I needed. She said we are all out, but I can have it here in about an hour. Considering the store didn't open for an hour. I was very impressed. I will be back.
