Terrible experience. Quoted $275/hr plus 10% fuel, but after arriving late and finishing the job in about 20 minutes, they still charged me for 2.5 hours—more than their own 2-hour minimum. When I questioned it, the representative was extremely rude and even threatened to tow my truck to their shop if I didn’t pay. Completely unprofessional and unfair. Be very cautious with this company. MAY GOD HELP US ALL.

I was unfortunate enough to have my car break down from California to Arizona with my two little boys with me but lucky enough to run into this towing company, our driver was Luke and he was absolutely amazing and communicated with me the whole way ! (He had to tow us two hours just to get home) He made me and my sons feel 100% comfortable during a very stressful situation. I would 10/10 recommend them. Especially luke ! I can’t thank him enough for making our trip as easy as possible .

The team at Parker is first class. 4x4 Recovery was great! John responded to our location and pulled the truck out with ease. He was kind, professional, and knows the area well. Priced right!
