First time taking my new to me Tiguan for its 10k maintenance. Spencer Allison was my service provider and he was great! Went above and beyond my needs and the guys in the back did great looking over my car to make sure everything is where it should be at this stage in life. First time VW owner and enjoying the ride so far. Helps give me a peace of mind when I know I can take my car to a place that will take good care of it so I can keep it running for many more years to come

Spencer is amazing. Hang on to him as long as you can. He is very patient, kind, great listener, knowledgeable and put me at ease. So many words to describe his service but to sum it up he goes above and beyond at ease. He made a connection with me as a customer as my aunt is the shuttle bus driver for the dealerships and even pulled out a map of her route. That really touched me during this time of uncertainty with my vehicle that’s almost paid off through VW. He even explained the video and next steps of minor maintenance to my car in a way that put me at ease again. Now I know when I come to this dealership I’ll look forward to the experience than dread it. Employee of the month and year for sure! The car came back way cleaner on the outside and inside. I really needed that. Great way to begin my year! ???

From the moment I checked in I hardly had to wait as I had an appointment. Spencer took me in and sat me down right away. Went over the paperwork. Everybody was super kind and patient with me. Helped me clear out my car and even put a yogurt that I had in the refrigerator so that it wouldn't go bad! Who does that? That was so nice! Thank you Spencer for being 100% kind, helpful. Knowledgeable! I will definitely come back again. The job was done in a timely fashion and I am very happy with the results. Thank you so much!
