I had a terrible experience here and would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle here. After everything I endured from creepy comments to misleading and changing communication, to leaving a personal belonging there and the salesmen carelessly throwing it away. There was little regard or respect for me as a person, I was given conflicting information about the vehicle from the owner and the salesmen. Then I was guilted for my own negative experience. They had a car I really wanted, but were charging $10,000 more than its private sale value. After my experience the owner reached out to me negotiating the price lower, but I was already out of state. They took little effort to hold the vehicle or truly make the situation right, aside offering a lesser price and I wouldn’t bother leaving this review hadn’t been truly terrifying and scary feeling stranded out there at after being told I could leave in the vehicle. The owner told me “this is the first luxury vehicle we’ve ever sold” but I don’t think she realized their salesman had tried selling me the overpriced car flashing receipts at me that other customers had supposedly paid for the same car. I feel this place is a joke. I tried to work with them. Their efforts to work with me kept changing and they didn’t really care about me as a person, just their own bottom line. The business is not even registered in the state of California. So, sadly, I guess the lesson really is, “if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it’s probably a duck.” In this case, it looks like a bad deal, sounded like a bad deal, and ended up being no deal at all. After feeling so many emotions and wanting this car so badly, I must leave this review to warn others from trusting this business.
