On October 9, 2025, I brought my 4Runner to Crash Champions in Fountain Valley for repairs to the driver’s side fender, bumper, and driver’s side headlight. Shannon assisted me during the process and was very helpful. I informed Shannon that my headlights were aftermarket Alpha Rex headlights and that connecting wires inside the assembly is necessary to set them to the amber setting. It appears that Shannon did not communicate this information to the installer, so I had to send them the instructions via email on how to do it. On October 17th, I was informed that my car was ready for pickup. Due to work, I picked it up on October 20, 2025. Upon inspection, I noticed some sloppy work on the side fender flare. Shannon initially believed it was bondo, but it was actually double-sided tape. I had to wait for the repair shop to fix the work. The driver’s side headlight replaced with my aftermarket headlights. However, once I got home I realized that the new headlight had scratches on it from the shop replacing it. On October 24, 2025, I left from work at 8:00 AM and decided to test my high beams and regular lights. The daylight amber indicator was working, but not the led pods. I visited the dealership on the same day at 9:00 AM, when they opened. Shannon informed me that they were too busy to address my issue that day and suggested that I leave my vehicle that day so they can work on it next week. Due to the recurring issues I have had to deal with, I do not want this shop touching my car. I contacted their second location in Fountain Valley. However, I was informed that they were unable to perform the repair without obtaining authorization from the original location manager. I contacted the original location and requested to speak with a manager, but was informed that they were currently occupied. I did not receive a call until later in the afternoon, approximately 30 minutes prior to the establishment’s closing time. During the call, I informed Danny (the manager) of the circumstances, but he expressed dissatisfaction with my criticism of his employees work quality. I requested the corporate contact number, but he repeatedly advised me to search for it online on Google. Despite my repeated attempts, I was unable to locate the number. He then instructed me to search online and just hung up the phone. I attempted to contact Danny again and was able to obtain the corporate contact number. However, I have yet to initiate any communication with them. Danny left a voicemail on Monday morning of the following week to apologize for the unprofessional manner in which our conversation ended. Regrettably, I wish I had listened to the negative reviews. If you are considering them installing aftermarket headlights, I strongly advise against using this dealership. My headlights are expensive and they damaged my new replacement, which unfortunately does not function properly.

Crash Champions did an excellent job on my car. It honestly looks like nothing ever happened the work is flawless. They also made the entire process incredibly smooth by helping with my insurance. I loved that they allowed me to leave my car there for the rental company to pick up, which was so convenient. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. My car was returned back to me with black grease/oil on my driver entrance of my GLE Mercedes with white interior, so yes, you can tell that it’s dirty. I also bought 4 brand new tires and each tire had sand all over them. I didn’t have time to take a pictures of the tires because I had to return my rental within 20mins of getting my Benz but I can assure you that I will not return to this place again or refer it to anyone.
