Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. Our trash was skipped because the lid was slightly open (likely due to wind), even though the bin was not overfilled. We were then told we’d have to pay an additional fee just to have it picked up. On top of that, we were also charged an extra green waste fee last week under questionable circumstances. It feels like technicalities are being used to justify repeated extra charges instead of providing reasonable customer service. We pay for weekly pickup and expect fair, consistent service — not surprise fees. As you can see below, the cans are not "overloaded" however, I am certain they will argue it.

I was easily able to schedule our free 1 item bulk pickup using the text message chat feature. We had an old wall oven we removed and never disposed of sitting the backyard. They are schedule to pick it up on our normal trash collection day.

I had a few questions about what can & cannot go in the trash bin, & the online chat support clarified that even small pieces of lumber are considered construction material & can be dropped off at the Delta Household Hazardous Waste Service in Pittsburg.
