IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY STUCK SOMEWHERE DO NOT HESITATE AND CALL KIM! She is the MVP! She came and rescued us when all else failed. I called AAA and they falsely said they could help out when in reality they couldn't. AAA gave me the number to a local towing service, but they said they couldn't help for another five or more hours. Finally I came across Kim's Towing and she showed up in NO TIME! She came prepared with shovels and proper towing equipment to extract my 9,000 pound Hummer EV out of the the thick silt. On the phone she re-assured me after telling her the details of the location and situation. Her extraction method worked perfectly and was a gentle, but effective maneuver. I am so thankful she was able to help and get us on our way in the 100 degree heat. She truly is an angel! Thank you Kim!

Kim saved our bacon! The ground looked solid until it wasn’t and we dropped into a clay mud section. Digging alone was not going to free us. A few trucks stopped by to give a tug and that did nothing. Kim got there and with her experience and techniques she pulled us out of the mud canyons. She invited us follow her back to her place to rinse off the caked mud and air our tires back up. Thank you Kim!!!!!!!
