Came here for a VSSI (Safety inspection) for the DMV. I was quoted $200+ and told an OEM trailer hitch imposed on the safety inspection, I was then told a small scratch on my brake light required it to be replaced. I drove my vehicle to Amigos Smog in Fresno instead, and when I asked if these issues would impose on a safety check, the other mechanic laughed and asked why would it? My truck passed, and I only paid $120. Another note on the service here, I’m unsure if this mechanic shop’s phone is disconnected but the phone line will ring with no answer. To top all of this off, a smog for pre 2000 vehicles is well over $110+, as opposed to the Belmont Smog shop which only charges about $70 for pre 2000 vehicles. I’d advise taking your business elsewhere.

I tried calling after having some smog issues but the person over the phone kept hanging up on me. I was being polite showing good manners and everything but the person over the phone just kept hanging up on me with no remorse or reason.

I’ve dealt with this stupid issue again, i tried calling after receiving a free 500 dollar smog check from local company. I call them to ask if they can help and this young sounding fellow just hung up on me. It’s super rude, i don’t know who’s in charge but im getting to the bottom of this.
