From one girl to another, Rebecca was so rad, crazy helpful, and knew her stuff! She saved me so much money! I was having distributor issues on my Chevy and instead of trying to replace all the parts individually, she was able to get me a whole new distributor at 1/3 the cost and her suggestions worked like a charm. I am honestly so grateful I found a local auto parts place that knows what they're talking about and isn't trying to rip you off! Please consider giving Rebecca a raise, no joke, she deserves it!!

The staff are so helpful and are great problem solvers.They ave helped me out so much this week! From finding parts that appeared to be unavailable in this hemisphere, to working around the robot error messages I kept getting online, they figured out how to get me what I needed. The lovely manager who took my order last weekend, and Rebecca and Will who sorted me out right before closing time, and all the patient phone answer-ers are all great!

Rebecca Rocks!!! I came in on a very rainy day Oct 14th with shreaded windshield wipers. Rebecca happily looked up the size for my car and gave me many choices. After selecting the ones suitable, she then offered to put them on for me with a smile on her face, no lie, in the rain. Never complained once. If that isn't the BEST customer service, I don't know what is. She is a Star and most certainly should be rewarded. While I was getting the best service, my friend unfortunetly was getting the worst by Shoney. For the same item. Shoney did not give her any choices and ended up selling my friend 2 passenger side wipers. Obviously Shoney could care less and it showed. We found out that Shoney had given a 2 week notice. Good thing. They are better off without that one. Thank you again Rebecca for your outstanding performance. I very much appreciated it.
