It’s unfortunate to have to leave a negative review for a small business, but our experience with Evergreen Automotive has been extremely disappointing. We had our brakes replaced here in April, and after only about 8,000 miles, the bolts on the brake calipers came loose and eventually fell out — causing serious damage to the entire front side of our vehicle. Rather than taking ownership or even acknowledging the possibility of error, the shop refused to accept any responsibility. We trusted them to do quality work, but not only were the bolts not properly tightened, their response afterward showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We’re now left paying a large repair bill at another shop to correct a rookie mistake that should never have happened. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service all around.

Nick, the technician, and his entire crew are extremely knowledgeable about vehicles, regardless of the make or model. Specifically, Nick is extremely intelligent in his diagnostic approach and how he explains things to the customer. The entire crew there is terrific.
