I had the worst of worst mornings this morning! My car didn't start and my husband had to jump it, this was after a series of unfortunate events over the weekend. I walked into Napa and was greeted by the fixer of all fixers, Dave. Within 10 minutes he had installed a new battery in my car and had me on my way. He made sure I put the receipt with my warranty in my glove box and never stopped smiling and reassuring me. In 25 degree weather, Dave happily changed my battery, was courteous, professional and most of all, he made my terrible, horrible no good very bad day better. Thank you!

These guys are always so friendly and helpful. I went in for a headlight bulb and David came out and put it in for me!!! I appreciate how nice they always are!

I really like NAPA. The store is always been my go-to when looking for hard to find parts or specialty parts that I couldn't find anywhere else. There is a slight price gap between NAPA and other auto parts stores. However I believe that the quality of NAPA's parts is better so that warranties a little more price increase. I would check them out anyways they have great products.
