Thanks for the assist, Will & colleagues! I was dealing with a battery issue during a cold windstorm in Nederland, and visited Mountain Auto Repair to get a battery test. They squeezed me right in and were able to assess the battery health. I appreciate the attentive customer service and working me in quickly while my hands are full with a toddler. I will go back with any urgent needs or diagnostics - very helpful and truly here to support our mountain community and visitors when we need it most!

The engine of my Nissan Juke basically exploded on my way up the mountain to sign the lease at my Nederland apartment—I’m a single mom, and my 2.5 year old daughter was with me—I am SO grateful I decided to bring my car to Mountain Auto Repair for it’s “final resting place”. Will and Christine treated my little one and me like family, and were just so kind and helpful during an incredibly unfortunate and stressful time (and Walter the puppy dog gave us lots of sympathy kisses and cuddles!). I am now bringing my alternative vehicle to Will for some help with a check engine light (among other things)—not only do I trust him as a mechanic, but he’s just a wonderful human being.

Will saved our proverbial butts!! We had a flat tire while driving from Estes Park limped into Nederland and found the only place in town that repairs tires - they fixed our tire immediately and were so kind and helpful! Don’t miss darling Walter the shop dog! Thanks again Will!!!
