Had to get my car towed today on the highway because it broke down and the tow guy that came and helped us was very friendly and upbeat. He made the situation a lot better with his kind and friendly attitude which we are very grateful for. I was on a highway that I wasn’t familiar with but the tow guy was able to find us no problem and came within 45 min. We’ve had nightmare experiences with other tow companies in the past waiting hours and hours with no eta but this tow company was the complete opposite. Highly recommend it!

We needed an extremely last minute transport of a 12’ long toolbox on a Saturday afternoon We called multiple places closer to the pickup site with no luck. Nelcon was the only place willing to send an EXPERIENCED tech out for 7am the next morning (Sunday). The pickup, transport and delivery was way above 5 stars. Not one tool moved during the project! Super impressive and would recommend them every single time! Thank you!

Absolute worst experience of my entire life with a towing company. Warning to all the Connecticut laws have changed as of October 1, 2025 all towing companies are required by law to allow you to pay for a non-Consensual tow with a credit card or debit card. This company was not following the law and was demanding payment with cash. There’s even a sign on their desk stating cash only for police dispatched towing.. Another thing my car was impounded for an accident on Friday And I requested my car to be released on the weekend, which was Saturday morning and was told I was not allowed to pick up the vehicle because the impound was closed. Connecticut state law states a towing company that is partially open and they state on their website open 24/7 must allow you to pick up the vehicle even if it’s on the weekend or a holiday regardless of the situation and this company also tried to tell me that if they did open the impound that they would charge a $50 fee. This is also against the law in the state of Connecticut you are not to be charged extra fees on weekends or holidays just because it’s a weekend or holiday. I had to wait until Monday to get my vehicle because they would not open the impound and then I paid for another tow to bring my vehicle to a repair center of which they failed to deliver In a timely manner. The tire company said that they would stay open so that my vehicle could be fixed and that was with town fair tire in Southington. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have my car today. Don’t ever use this company because they do not follow the laws or treat you with dignity and respect. I had an unfortunate experience with the representative that answered the phone on two occasions and she was very rude and not just that she was a liar. She said I never called her to request to enter the impound when I actually did call on Saturday and I had the time and date stamp for that call. If you should experience any of these laws being broken, please contact the DMV’s towing and impound department and make a report in an addition to that I spoke with the attorney general today for the state of Connecticut, which I was able to confirm that what I said is true and accurate. Absolute trash, customer service I would give them a -20 rating if I was able to. Most unprofessional service I’ve ever received.
