Since 1998 I have brought all my cars to NCFC. I’ve brought both domestic as well as BMWs, Mercedes, and Porsches. Mark and Lucia Bagg (and team) are professional and will give a diagnoses that you can swear by. It should be noted that Repairs include a 2 year/24 thousand mile warranty. However, if you go over by a week or two or an additional 500-1000 miles, the warranty has always been honored. Finally, I have also purchased 2 used cars from Mark. How good are the 2 cars? One has 223K and the other has 207K.

Wow! Where do I start? If anyone is looking for a car repair shop that can far exceed their expectations, New Canaan Foreign Car is the best place. A week ago, I entered the shop to get an estimate about installing headlights that I purchased from an aftermarket company. I was greeted by Dylan, the sales representative who was inviting and willing to learn more about the project at hand. Dylan started off our interaction with a clear assessment of the vehicle which showed a high level of professionalism and integrity. After the assessment Dylan informed me about services and warranty provide by the shop. To add, he was able to provide a fair pricing and time frame that would be needed to complete the job. Dylan also went the extra mile in seeking one of the technicians, Chris, to provide a quick review of the work to be performed. From there, Dylan schedule an appointment that worked for us both. The morning of the appointment, I dropped my car off to give the technicians time to work on the car for the day. Once the work was completed, Dylan gave me a call and text to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I was absolutely pleased with the finished product. The headlights looked absolutely amazing on my vehicle. I look forward to working with New Canaan Foreign Car on our next project.
