I had a really disappointing experience at this Goodwill location. A children’s basketball hoop had two price tags one marked $5.99 and another $14.99 and the manager refused to honor the lower price. He was dismissive and unprofessional, claiming “people put these stickers on,” even though the $5.99 tag was clearly flat and untampered with. No customer should be treated this way. It’s not only unfair but it feels misleading and possibly not even legal to display two prices and refuse the lower one. I will no longer be donating at this location after seeing how poorly customers are treated and how little integrity is shown here. Think twice before supporting this store.

I can always find hidden treasure when I go. The clothes are displayed so I can see them and sort through easily. Clothes are reasonably priced and in good condition, Sometimes I can find brand new items with tags and that's a great day of treasure hunting.

Probably the most overpriced Goodwill in all of CT, with prices well above others in the region. Search for comps on your phone while in the store and you’ll see that you can often buy the exact same item, brand new, for in some cases less or just a couple dollars more. Save yourself both money and aggravation from waiting in a line of 15 customers and one cashier ringing. GW in general is a scam, but if you do choose to shop one I’d suggest the Southington or Cheshire locations.
