After multiple issues that weren’t addressed by the dealer we used where we used to live, we brought our car to Storrs Automotive for a check engine light. They got me in next day, called me with updates and cost, then completed the work quickly. They were so kind and helpful I have literally no complaints. We’ll be back as long as we’re in Storrs!

Was driving when all of a sudden my check engine light came on and my car started shaking. I remembered this auto shop was here so I walked in before my class started and just described to Roy what the problem was. He immediately took down my info and took my car in that day. Later, he called and broke down all of the repairs that needed to be done today and what could wait to be fixed. Car was fixed within 5 hours. Very reasonable price as well. Good business, good people.

I'd write a hundred 5 star reviews to drown out the petty 1-star rubbish if I could. I've been going to Storrs Automotive since the eighties at least. They are courteous, straightforward, and get you back on the road quickly at a very fair price. The 1-star reviews are from people who would give their grandmothers a bad rating because the chocolate chip count on each cookie wasn't uniform.
