Bought a battery 2 days ago. Put it in the truck and doesn’t work. Had my mechanic look at it and he tested it. Said it was a bad battery. Take it back. I took it back thinking they would give me a new one (and test it before I left) but no. Told me to come back tomorrow so they can charge this bad battery up and probably give it back to me. WTH?

Most disappointing adventure! Called to make sure they had the part ok we have it pull it I’m on my way what time are you closing 4PM ok great I’m on my way I’m 2 hours away from you ! 1 hour later I call said I’m on my way what time are you closing 4 PM ok great I’m on my way get there at 230 pm and there walking out the door I stop them and say hey I just drove 2 hours to get here and your leaving! I asked as a commercial customer could you help me with the getting the part I have a man broke down and I do road service No No we’re closed!! Pissed is the least I could say not including waste of time and fuel!!
