The “Bigboss” of this company probably had a criminal past. I would say that he stole my car, which was parked in my neighborhood by the mailbox in the parking lot, all this happened at midnight on Tuesday. My husband saw them tow away a neighbor's car that was parked incorrectly after working the night shift on his way home. Do you think they told him to take ours car and moved it just because “the HOA told them to tow all cars parked at mailboxes”? Early Wednesday morning — no car, late for daycare, and $175 in cash out of my pocket (THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARDS). I think all these Tow Company employees don't make enough money in the off-season and started stealing money from local residents just because they had some excuse to do so. Good luck, guys, enjoy dealing with those rude owners. Zero stars . Zero .
