I have visited AutoZone in Crestview several times in the last 2 months doing some work on my try truck. I'm not one to work on vehicles, but now my truck is older and the warranty is expired I figured now is good as time as any. The AutoZone Team Members are always more than happy to help me and very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have when I come into the business. I appreciate the friendly service, clean store, and the professionalism that all the members show at AutoZone. I also would like to give a special mention to Mitchell Heath. He sets the bar in excellence and I thank him personally for his help. I highly recommend AutoZone as Crestview's go to auto parts store!

These people are not beginner friendly. There is not one place to find directions or instructions on how to proceed through the scrap yard. Also everyone makes you feel like you don't belong there or less than smart if you have to ask questions. Not helpful at all. We will stay at our home scrap yard in Milligan Florida. Side note the lady in the office was helpful..

Sorry it’s taken a week to post this review. I contacted tactical demolition by finding them on the internet and the speaking on the phone. I sent him photos of the work to be done and he sent back an estimate with half to be paid up front. It took two days to get the work completed. He sent photos to keep me updated as I was not in town during the time work was completed. The work came out 500 dollars over the estimate, which I figured would happen due to a shed I needed demoed being full of junk. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR WORK. THIS IS A QUALITY BUSINESS THAT WORKS HARD AND GETS THE JOB DONE IN A QUICK FASHION. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!

Kid working the counter (young man, sorry.. I'm getting old) was a huge help. He found the motorcycle battery my son-in-law was looking for. He also has an excellent attitude. If I had a business, I'd do everything I could to get him to come work for me.

The BEST experience I have ever had with an auto parts store . It was late and close to closing time, but I was in desperate need of help with what to get for my car to help with the issues I was having and Dave went above and beyond for me as I do not know anything when it comes to cars. 💀 Jp was there also and very helpful . I wanted to leave a good review so that they are recognized for their great customer service. Dave took care of my issue and helped me get what I needed and also made sure I was good to go for the rest of my trip. 😊

Absolutely Amazing! Ordered a part from Canada and they made it so easy. I couldn't find a module anywhere and finally found it here. I paid by PayPal and sent them the shipping label, they packaged the part and it was picked up the same day. 3 days later I had the part. Great place !

Tim was wonderful! I had just gotten an oil change and unfortunately the shop had gotten oil all on the inside of my car. I came in and tried to buy cleaning wipes. He asked me what I was planning on cleaning, I let him know the story, and he told me what I had picked out would only be for dust. He found me wipes with degreaser on them. And they ended up being cheaper! I went home and they worked perfectly. I really appreciate his willingness to find me exactly what I needed.

I needed a new head light so stopped here. The employee was very friendly and attend to me right away. I told him what I needed and he got it right away. I asked him if they would install the headlight and he said yes he would free of charge. He was very polite and had my new headlight in and working no time at all. Excellent work and excellent staff.

I ordered a part from online and one week later it arrived broken. When I went to exchange it the team there didn’t seem to have a clue how to process a return. I ordered a replacement part and was told it would arrive in 1-2 days. I received an e-receipt that confirmed my order. 5 days passed and I did not receive a call so I called the store. There was no record of my name or my order in the system. Additionally the same person I placed my order with still was clueless about what he needed to do. I think this store lacks training. I received my refund. But won’t get the time back that I wasted dealing with your organization. My car is still not fixed all due to your inability to manage your supply chain properly.

Overpriced and unorganized. However, they had decent prices for towels.The only decent pricing was on the Christmas items which were half (1/2) price. Look, thrift stores get their items for free... gouging someone for used good (no matter the cause or charity it supports) is not good business and morally wrong. Reasonably priced items are still a plus when you're getting the items for FREE.I don't recommend this store solely because of the prices.
