Great customer service. I drove 2 hours to see the car and ended up buying one from Lutz Auto which was my first stop. Owner answered my every question, went above and beyond to make the deal possible. Although the price was firm but it was already discounted and reasonable price compared to the market. So i decided to buy one of the hybrid car from here and i am very much satisfied.

The only reason I chose a different car was because it was closer to me and had lower mileage. Otherwise, I would have been willing to travel to Florida to get the car I was looking for. Overall, the experience was positive and professional.???
