Used affordable Mobile Mechanics for the first time. My engine compartment had a sudden humming noise coming from it and I had no idea what the issue was. They arrived at the approximate time they said they would be at my home. They told me that there would be a $25 diagnosis charge. Which if you’ve checked other repair shops that’s cheap. They determined that I had a bad alternator. Looked at what parts they would need for the job and said that the two gaskets they needed were not in stock and they would not be able to repair until the next day. The next day they arrived at the time promised and completed the job timely. Humming is gone and I’m a happy camper. Not having to arrange a drop off and pickup by taking it to a shop was very convenient and hassle free. Thank you Chris, David, and Bentley (Father, son, grandson) family owned business. You’re in my contact list when my next issue crops up.

Responded fast at first. Came and replaced starter and promised car would start. Paid the mechanic 250 to replace starter (plus price of starter). Car wouldn't start. He said to charge battery. I did. Car will not start and have talked to him several times since but he will does not seem to care about coming back out. I know people are busy but this is unacceptable.

I would recommend for them to change the name otherwise they will keep getting 1 star rating. I live in Melbourne, FL (32901) and they don't service this area!
