Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and super helpful throughout the entire process. A huge shoutout to Johnathon, the driver who towed my car! A Heroic Rescue by the Ultimate Tow Company Review: Where should I start? Customer service here is fast, entertaining, and thoughtful. Honestly, this company needs a theme song. I mean a real hero theme song because they came to my rescue like superheroes! I was on my way to work when I had a tire blowout. Although I had an air pump and a spare tire, the tire was completely destroyed, and I was utterly unsuccessful in turning the tire lug nuts. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, these guys swooped in like a superhero team! When I say they got there fast, I mean they got there in a hurry. The driver was not just a lifesaver; he kept me entertained and got me to safety. He assisted with changing the tire and even reminded me to call my loved ones to let them know I was OK. Who does that? This guy! He went over the safety procedures for driving on the spare tire, ensuring I was well-informed and safe. This isn’t your average tow company. The customer service I received here was more than five stars. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of a heroic rescue. They’re the real deal!
