Sold me a used engine described as Good/tested/needs water pump. I asked at time of order if the engine was milkshaked and the sales person said no. Got it home and was prepping it, and the coolant was mixed with the oil. Trenton Auto Parts refused to issue me a refund with their 30 day warranty (after 1 day after pickup). Tried to tell me there was a restocking fee, which was not listed anywhere on the invoice. I was told to take "my" engine and leave. Small claims lawsuit pending

I have been struggling for rides since my car has been broke down, and by time i found a ride, they didnt have time to take the part off, but the boss went out his way to go to the other location and get my part i paid for and brought it to my area so it would be easier for me to get!! They were all so nice, but for him to go to those measures for a stranger just to help someone, shows what type of person he is!! Will highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Bought a transmission for my wife's Buick LeSabre. When I called I was told they had one on the shelf ready to go. I gave them fifty percent down payment and would be in next week to pick it up. Called ahead to let them know when I would be there. I had a 2 hour drive from Ohio. When I got there I couldn't find a place to park. That is my only complaint. Very friendly staff. Transmission was ready to go and had to back into the yard and the guys loaded it and l was on my way. My installer replaced seals , pressure module and smooth shift kit and bought my core for 100 dollars. Happy to say transmission works great. Could not be happier.
