The owner was absolutely the most rude person I've ever met. Besides the fact he charged a ridiculous price for storage, he wouldn't even let us get our battery. $1,000 for a tow and for it to sit there one week? Come on now, that's profiting off of someone else's misfortune. I hear the other Yates is a much better choice. I would NEVER use this company again.

Absolutely atrocious. Outrageous and bogus charges. Demanded cash, wouldn't take credit card, made threats, insulting, wouldn't explain any questions when asked. Charged an unbelievable $350 to tow my daughter's broken down vehicle 7 miles from the interstate to a nearby Ford dealership. Our vehicle showed up at the destination an hour after expected (it should've been mere minutes) AND being towed by a different vehicle. Why it was transferred from a wrecker to a rollback or took so long was never explained. When I attempted to talk with the owner via the driver's cell phone on speaker, he was belligerent and berated me for simply trying to understand why they were charging $350 to tow 7 miles. Unethical, detestable, and to be avoided at all costs. Even the driver explicitly acknowledged how sketchy and opportunistic this "business" is!
