I’m enormously grateful for Underwoods Towing and especially our driver Chris. We had a catastrophic breakdown on I-75 on our way home from vacation and were trapped on the left shoulder for several hours, waiting on a AAA tow that never came. With dusk approaching, I finally did what I should have done at the beginning and called Underwoods. They answered immediately, understood that we needed an urgent tow, and within 5 minutes, I had a call back from Chris to confirm our location and give us an ETA. He got there within 20 minutes and had us, our car, and our dog off the highway and towed to a safe location before dark. I honestly could not recommend Chris and Underwoods Towing more highly. They made a scary situation much, much better, and I’m so grateful for them for showing up promptly and being so professional and kind. No one ever wants to need an emergency tow, but if you end up in this situation, call Underwoods first.

They towed my semi when I had permission to park there and then refused to let me in to get my truck. They also are charging me $1000. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s Christmas time and I hope you jerks are happy about stealing my money right at the holidays.
