Came in there trying to make it about myself, like everyone else does I guess. But really tho you've got to approach it as an invited guest. Should have went early, should have brought cash, should have expected the hosts were busy with other guests. It aint YOUR party! Quick tips: Bring cash. All of it. Plus more. No ATM on site! Walk in, nod to everyone thats standing around and humbly ask, "Where is the end of the line at?" As everyone starts to talk, mumble and gesture wildly, make your way to the end of the line. If you cant hear what the people behind the glass are saying, be nice and act like you cant hear well as you gesture at your phone and paperwork. You have to confirm every next step, dont just walk away and think that the Valet will be bringing your ride up. Good luck and God Bless

After being involved in a serious accident, the whole process is overwhelming. I went to pound #1 and was met with rudeness and frustration. However in pound #2 Daniela was like an angel. Truly in moments like these, js nice when someone takes the time to understand, explain and walkthrough things. She helped me get my belongings with ease. 100% recommend her.

This place got its own rhythm. The ladies working there do what they do and nothing can’t speed them up or have them of balance. It goes like that 2 customers and a little break then 2 customers and a little break and so on and on…. The towing companies working with them are hungry money like no other. I got outside at 8.05 am and there was no sign of my vehicle or any towing nowhere near. They noticed the car park on the street way ahead of the time and they took it before 8am, which is ahead of the time when the meter starts clicking.
