I called this morning for status on my car since I didn't get a call back Friday for response becausei was told a call back. I've never been treated so rudely over the phone the woman told me we will call you! no need to call every day! I told her i haven't If you want your car pick it up!I was like wow as I customer I just wanted an update since today will be 3weeks she responded the same again response again I spoke to Mr Walt was explained short staffed I understand but she didn't have to talk to me like that didn't deserve it was told pick up my car if I needed it again I said no need after I hung up I decided to take it somewhere else' no one she be treated the way I was treated never again very hurt and disappointed

Walts is The most fair, honest mechanic that you would probably ever deal with. I recommend this place there's a reason he's been in business over 20 years it isn't by coincidence.

Walt's is a solid repair shop, I've brought multiple cars throughout the years for alignment and oil changes and each time done with speed, they don't let cars sit around.No pressure for additional repairs.Small lobby is also kept spotless.
