I pulled up to Napa 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. I watched a guy walk out of the side door and lock it behind him. He didn't say anything to me as I got out of my car (2 spaces from him) and went to the front door to find that it was also locked. The closed sign was up right next to the sign that says they're open till 6:00 p.m. on a Monday. Weird, my phone says it's 5:45. It would've been nice if the dude could've at least said something to me rather than jumping in his car and driving off. I was just there to pick up an online order that I placed the day before. I work an hour away and I left 15 minutes early to make sure that I would be able to make it on time today. There are plenty of other places to order car parts from. Do better.

Wow!! This used to be THE most reliable place. According to the owner Tim, if you don’t save your receipt, you don’t have a warranty!! Found out they gave me the wrong battery for my car (not AGM). After having forgot to give me the vacuum fitting when I purchased it. So I call and talk to Tim, who says he’s the owner and he couldn’t care less, has no way to track my purchase. His ineptitude is now costing me hundreds.. so basically he’s a thief.

The best. Classic Napa store that still does all the essentials. Flywheels. Brake rotors. They do it. Resurfaced my flywheel on a truck that I couldn’t find a replacement. Very thankful.
